Srushti deshmukh, in her third year in engineering she has begun to prepare for UPSC. Following her graduation, she was unsure whether or not she'd be satisfied in an engineering position. Her goal became apparent when she shifted her focus to the civil service. Her parents urged her to focus on civils, and find an employment that would benefit the general public. Her motivation was never lost and she focused on becoming an IAS Officer. The job required to be an IAS officer is much more. The student also studied for UPSC examinations while studying engineering. Each day she set aside time to prepare for the exam. In less than a month and half it was time to prepare for her engineering exam and also stayed away from social media. She believes that focusing is essential to crack this government exam and become a civil servant. She worked hard to achieve her aim of passing the test at first attempt. Each day she would went through the news to stay updated with the current news. On the internet, she gathered various study materials and watched Rajya Sabha TV. The book of IAS Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh has also published a book that was published under the title The answer writing guide. Each library across America has this book. It's a good book to IAS applicants who work hard for the test. Her husband and she share information on social media concerning their responsibilities.
