Michele Carey, the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, the physician, and Thelma Henson, the housewife, was born Michele Lee Henson on February 26th, 1942, at Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. When she was thirteen and a professional pianist and took home a prize at the Chicago Music Festival. Her family settled in Fort Collins in Colorado, and she finished her high school studies at Fort Collins High School in 1960. While still modeling her passion grew, and she began to become more inclined to perform. Her work caught the attention of Hollywood producers when she was doing it. She started her career in modeling and then worked for Powers before becoming an actor in 1964, for The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Her rise to prominence by her appearance as Josephine Joey MacDonald's major part on the television show El Dorado from 1966. Her acting roles during the 60s and 70s helped make her an acclaimed actor.
